Pawan worked for Bonn Nutrients Pvt Ltd as GM ( Works _ CMU) between Apr 2012 and Mar 2016, for Britannia Industries Limited as Factory Manager between Apr 2006 and Mar 2012, for M/S Bonn Food Industries as General Manager ( Works ) between Jan 2004 and Apr 2006, for Parle Biscuits Pvt. Ltd. as Deputy Works Manager between Dec 1989 and Jan 2004.
