Joshua worked for Maersk Supply Service as Sr. Fleet Manager, Director - Europe & Africa between Nov 2012 and Nov 2017, for Maersk Supply Service as Country Manager - Angola between 2008 and 2012, for APM Terminals as Special Assistant for Safety Projects between 2007 and 2008.
