Heidi worked for Concordia University as Adjunct Faculty, Business Administration between Jun 2011 and Dec 2012, for Ecova as Manager & Training Director, Industrial Efficiency & Employee Empowerment between Feb 2005 and Jul 2009, for Oregon Environmental Council as Sustainable Economy Program Director between 2001 and 2005.
