Emma has studied at Interior Design Institute in Visual Language of Design, History of style/decoration/architecture, Space, Light, Colour, Textile between 2012 and 2013, then at University of Luton in Organisational Behaviour between 1994 and 1997, then at Thomas Rotherham College in Business Studies and Sociology between 1992 and 1994.

Emma worked for Royal Bank of Scotland as Team Leader between Jun 2001 and May 2006.
