Dean worked for DWG Planning & Design as President between Apr 2005 and Nov 2012, for Parsons Corporation as Sr. Landscape Architect/Project Manager between Jun 1993 and 2012, for Buffalo Olmsted Parks Conservancy as Director of Park Design & Restoration between 2003 and 2005, for The Saratoga Associates as Landscape Architect between 1990 and 1993, for GLA - Gates Leighton & Associates as Landscape Architect between 1988 and 1990, for EDSA, Inc. as Landscape Architect between 1985 and 1988.
