Lynne has studied at Birmingham High School between 1954 and 1960, then at LA Harbor College, Golden West College, then at Orange Coast College, Golden West College.

Lynne worked for Anaheim Chamber of Commerce as Ambassador between 2005 and 2012, for WSFOA as Sales between 2007 and 2010.
