Anders has studied at in Economics between 1997 and 2001, then at Chalmers tekniska högskola in Mechanical Engineering between 1995 and 2001, then at Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck in Business Administration and Management, General (part of Gothenburg degree) between 1998 and 2000.

Anders worked for Portomus as Board Member between 2014 and 2018, for Roxcel as Commodity trader between 2006 and May 2008, for Ungerth AB as Sales Manager / Commodity trader between 2005 and 2006, for Kinnevik/Korsnäs Packaging as Key Account Manager between 2002 and 2005, for Investment AB Kinnevik as CEO assistant / ”Luma - No 17” between 2001 and 2002.
