Domas has studied at Vilniaus Universitetas in International Business between 2002 and 2004, then at Vilniaus Universitetas in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law between 1998 and 2002, then at Kaunas University of Technology Gymnasium between 1995 and 1998.

Domas worked for Lords LB Asset Management as Fund Manager between 2012 and 2020, for AKROPOLIS GROUP, UAB as CEO, Board Member, Head of Shopping Centers Management between 2007 and 2011, for Swedbank Lietuvoje as Head of Large Corporates, Project manager between 2003 and 2006, for SEB as Assistant, Large Corporates between 2002 and 2003.
